BetheSun, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates StudioPulse at getstudiopulse.com and the Weekly Pulse reporting service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.
Account information. When you create a StudioPulse account, we collect your name, studio name, and email address. We store a hashed version of your password — we never store it in plain text.
Integration credentials. To connect your Mindbody account, we collect your Mindbody Site ID and API token. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and are used solely to retrieve your studio's data on your behalf.
Studio member data. When your Mindbody integration is active, we retrieve client and attendance data from your Mindbody account. This includes member names, email addresses, class visit history, membership status, and purchase history. This data is used exclusively to generate your retention reports.
Billing information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We retain Stripe customer and subscription identifiers to manage your billing status.
Usage data. We collect basic server logs including IP addresses and request timestamps for security monitoring and service reliability purposes.
We do not sell your data or your members' data to third parties. We do not use your studio's member data for any purpose other than generating your reports.

We take the security of your data seriously. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/SSL. Our database is hosted on Amazon RDS in a private network not accessible from the public internet.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@getstudiopulse.com.
We retain your account information and studio data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@getstudiopulse.com. You can disconnect your Mindbody integration at any time from your settings panel, which will stop all future data syncing.
StudioPulse is a business service intended for studio owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
