These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StudioPulse and the Weekly Pulse reporting service ("Service") operated by BetheSun, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
StudioPulse provides automated retention reporting for fitness and wellness studios. The Service connects to your studio management platform (currently Mindbody), analyzes client attendance and engagement data, and delivers scheduled reports to your configured recipients by email.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getstudiopulse.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their authorization.
Free trial. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. Reports will stop running if you do not subscribe before the trial ends.
Paid subscription. After your trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Pricing is displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription link in your settings panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be suspended and reports will stop running until payment is resolved.
You retain ownership of all data associated with your studio, including your members' data retrieved via your Mindbody integration. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent that you have the right to provide us access to your studio management platform and that your use of the Service complies with any agreements you have with that platform.
We will not use your data or your members' data for any purpose other than operating the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We aim to deliver scheduled reports reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors outside our control — including third-party API availability (e.g. Mindbody), email delivery infrastructure, and cloud platform outages — may occasionally affect report delivery. We are not liable for missed reports due to such factors.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that reports will be accurate in all circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetheSun, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
